We make every effort to display our products, colours, and prices accurately. Slight variations in colour and weave are inherent to handcrafted textiles and are not defects.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update prices without prior notice.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or order placement (for Cash on Delivery), and you receive a confirmation from us.

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. A COD handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout.

All content on this site — images, text, designs, logos, and the Varni Vastra name — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Varni Vastra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
