Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery from your order page under My Orders. Select the item, choose a reason, and (optionally) upload photos.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and the Certificate of Provenance intact.

Returns are assessed at our warehouse through a quality check. Items that fail the quality check may be sent back to you and the refund declined.

Customised, altered, or made-to-order pieces, items marked final sale, and products damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.

Once approved, we schedule a free reverse pickup from your address. Please keep the item packed and ready.

After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, we process your refund (see the Refund Policy) or your exchange (see the Exchange Policy).
