Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer complimentary shipping across India on every order. This policy explains how and when your order is delivered.

Free shipping across India

Shipping is FREE on all orders, pan-India. There are no hidden delivery charges — the price you see is the price you pay (a small COD handling fee applies only if you choose Cash on Delivery).

Dispatch & delivery time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location; metro and Tier-1 cities are usually faster.

You can check the estimated delivery date for your pincode on the product page and at checkout before you order.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we email and SMS you the courier name and AWB tracking number. You can also track live status any time from your order page under My Orders.

Deliveries are handled by our logistics partner, iThink Logistics, and its network courier partners.

Serviceability & delays

Some remote pincodes may not be serviceable or may take longer. If your pincode is not serviceable, this is shown at checkout.

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by weather, festivals, or courier disruptions beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Failed delivery attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery multiple times. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct and reachable. If delivery repeatedly fails, the order may be returned to us (RTO).
