Cancellation Policy

Go to your order page under My Orders and select Cancel Order. Cancellation is available while the order status is pending, paid, or processing — that is, before an AWB/shipping label has been generated.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled online. You may instead refuse delivery or raise a return after delivery under our Return Policy.

For prepaid orders, a cancellation before dispatch triggers a refund to your original payment method (typically within 5–7 business days). Cash on Delivery orders carry no charge until delivery, so nothing is payable on cancellation.
